Dr. W. Ryan Livingston was born and raised in the Steel City near Pittsburgh, PA. He grew up as an avid athlete and was always fascinated about nature and its relationship to the human body and performance.

He started his medical research background at the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University.  He finished his academic studies with his Doctorate in Chiropractic obtained significant post-doctoral studies and training in advanced management of traumatic injuries, biomechanics, and spinal correction.

 

Dr. Ryan develops strategic Battleplans (protocols) that create healthy, lean, and functional bodies, allowing people to experience life at an incredibly high energetic level. He uses the drastic and life-altering strategies he developed on himself, with his patients. Q1: Should I use  a specific pillow? Whats the best pillow?
If you like the research, let me know, I will order you one, along with an insert. The total is $225.  If you need a firm insert, it’s an additional $45.
Q2:  What supplements or nutrition does Dr. Ryan recommend for overall joint health? Or for getting fit and lean?
A:  Great question. Dr. Ryan recommends the high quality brands that typically only Physicians can recommend.  There are differences for joint, bone and tissue health, versus goals like putting on lean muscle, or losing body fat and getting toned.  Book a discovery call to speak with Dr. Ryan about recommendations.

Q3: Should I exercise while I’m under chiropractic care and receiving my adjustments?
A: Yes. But there’s a caveat.  Knowing your body’s alarm signals, pain signals, and limits are key. Always consult your PCP before doing any exercise programs.  I typically encourage my patients to exercise, again, nothing that causes severe pain, or puts you at risk.

A: Yes, absolutely.
