Design Introduction

Alhamdulillah, we are truly blessed by Allah (SWT) to be part of this beautiful Ummah. In our daily lives, we perform Salah (our five daily prayers), a profound act of worship that brings us closer to our Creator. However, as we engage in this blessed practice, many of us may experience discomfort or even pain due to poor posture, lack of mobility, or simply not maintaining our physical health as we should. This is something we can change, Insha’Allah.

We all know that our bodies are an Amanah (trust) from Allah (SWT), and it is our responsibility to take care of them. If we neglect our health, it can impact not only our prayer but also our ability to serve Allah and the community. As your humble brother, I invite you to take a moment to reflect on this. How can we give our best in Salah if our bodies are stiff, sore, or injured?

Advanced Assessment:

These exercises are generalized movement and mobility work designed based on thousands and thousands of clients and patients over the years.  There are common movement dysfunctions, and issues with the spine and posture that I see commonly most frequently.  This is just the basics.  If you want to take your fitness, your movement and your health to the next level, you can invest in a one-on-one consult with Dr. William Ryan (DC) himself.  Here’s a link to book a one-on-one consult.
